'Mystery' food deliveries and help with grocery runs: Kampung spirit helps neighbours cope with circuit breaker
SINGAPORE: A grouping of neighbours in Punggol used to meet at one another's homes - but are at present so near, yet and so far, as social gatherings are non immune under COVID-nineteen "excursion breaker" rules.
